As a Project Architect, I understand the demand and expectations to follow precise instructions in terms of following contract specifications and keeping within projects strict budget requirements. I hired Dolphin Pools and Spas as a pool contractor to build a custom pool for my family. I created schematic pool design plans in a design software called AutoCAD that was done for value engineering purposes, and mentioned to Dolphin Pools and Spas that I had specific area calculations in terms of pool, and paver deck size that I wanted him to follow due to our tight budget on the project. Dolphin Pools and Spas not only followed the specific plans exactly as I had designed but kept right on the budget as we demanded from him. Personally, I have experienced a great deal of miscommunication and sloppy contracting in my own profession, but not with Dolphin Pools and Spas. Not only did the pool turn out exactly as we envisioned, but the pool was completed far earlier than we had expected. It has been two years since the pool has been completed, and we have not had a single problem with the functionality of the pool in terms of its construction. The short period of time after the construction of the pool is also critical in terms of follow-up, and checking that systems are operating correctly. Dolphin Pools and Spas were there in a timely manner to point out tips for maintenance and minor upkeep on the pool. We highly recommend Dolphin Pools and Spas to anyone interested in creating a dream pool for their home.
